The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the room was comfortable and well-presented. It was also conveniently located near the city center and public transportation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue as the staff did not speak much English. Otherwise, our stay was satisfactory.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast served was amazing with an Arabic touch. The staff were polite, warm, and welcoming. We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations and Christmas dinner. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the hotel's location was great, offering stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions.
We had a disappointing experience with the staff. They did not speak much English and were not helpful when we had questions or issues.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who seek a quiet vacation while still being close to the centre of the city for some souk shopping. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and can be enjoyed while listening to the beautiful sounds of peacocks. the hotel also provides a private terrace with a view of the gardens which is perfect for relaxation.
The lack of English-speaking staff makes it difficult to communicate with them.
